its very similar the only diffrence is that it was made for a car seat headrest and the logo and buttons are flipped over and the one i have looks like it was made for as a flip down that goes on a car headliner heres a picture i took of my monitor its very blurry sorry
I would say the dealer. If it comes as an option on a new car, then whoever sells the new cars would probably also sell the part. This might be highest cost.
